Introducing New Groundbreaking Terminology

for Critical Thinkers!

Let me introduce you to some new terminology for a unique and often misunderstood minority of people:

We all know what an empath is—someone who naturally feels more deeply than others. But what about those who think deeper than others?

Meet the (Neuro) Cognipath™

A (Neuro) Cognipath is someone with a highly analytical and perceptive mind. They don't just ask questions—they dive deep into understanding the world and want to make a meaningful difference. They are critical thinkers at their core but operate on a deeper level, processing complexities most people overlook.

Meet the (Neuro) Omnipath™

A (Neuro) Omnipath embodies all the qualities of a Cognipath™ but adds a deep emotional sensitivity and an innate sense of justice. They not only think deeply but also feel profoundly, striving for fairness and balance in the world.

What About Critical Thinkers?

Critical thinkers are inquisitive, questioning, and perceptive. They want to understand their world but may not go as deep as Cognipaths™ or Omnipaths™. They are the problem-solvers who thrive on analysis and clarity but focus more on their personal space than global impact.

Why Does This Matter?

In the workplace, knowing your brain and behavior type can transform how you interact with others. Whether you’re managing a team, navigating complex dynamics, or trying to build community, understanding these distinctions is groundbreaking for both individuals and teams.

Finding Your Tribe

Many of my clients ask, “Where are the other people like me?” The truth is, we are everywhere—approximately 1 in 5 people falls into these categories. Yet, without clear terminology, finding our tribe can be difficult.

What does it mean to be Procognative™?

As a group, we are naturally pro-thinking—embracing depth and analysis in a world that often discourages it. These distinctions can help us build understanding, foster connection, and create more inclusive workplaces and communities.

I coined these terms—(Neuro) Cognipath™, (Neuro) Omnipath™, and Procognation™—to help people identify their unique qualities, connect with others like them, and better navigate the world. Through a series of questions, we can uncover who you truly are and how you can thrive—both individually and in collaboration with others.

There are also OTHER Sub-Groups that are specific to Professional Team Dynamics, which can be very helpful in navigating workplace collaboration!

Developing your "CMQ™ (Cognitive Mastery Quotient)" is vitally important to success in life as one of the above profiles! This is my own terminology and specialty that I bring to the world...
