5 Truths to Liberate Your Mind!
One of the most liberating things to know is that whatever you are thinking, is not actually ‘ you’. There may be thoughts (from others) that you do not even realize are there! As long as you believe that you are your thoughts, you will remain a prisoner of them. Who are YOU then?
Not only are you NOT your thoughts, you are the MASTER of them! You are actually in control of them. Are you being a good master? it is each person's responsibility and privilege to censor what they think. Everyone, especially Critical Thinkers, will need to learn how to master thought. This is the beginning of empowerment.
What a concept! Once aware that you are the Master, you can dismantle self sabotaging thoughts and exchange them for what you WISH to think. It is up to you to ALIGN your thoughts with the type of success you wish to have. This is a skillset that can be taught. With guidance, you CAN start building a more peaceful inner-world!
The overthinking is not your fault AND you are not alone. We were never taught skills around proper thinking.
